I stopped seeing my periods 1 year ago, am 54 and have been having unprotected sex for some time. 6 weeks ago, I started feeling dizzy, vomiting, eating a lot, feeling headache every morning. My question, I want to know if I am pregnant or it is the effect of menopause.

If your a doctor like you say you are then your certainly not giving good doctor advice!

Having a husband has nothing at all to do with her getting pregnant.

If you stopped having your periods a year ago it could be signs of the menopause but my advice would be to take a pregnancy test with the first pee you take after waking in the morning as that's when the hormone will be most concentrated an if that's negative to go get checked out with your doctor ☺
