You need to go to the doctor and get treated for your std. Do your research and you will see that most of the time there are no symptoms, so actually getting symptoms should have been a blessing in disguise and for you to go and get treatment. Failure to treat it can cause cervical cancer in women and it can also cause sterility.

Alright I'm just going to be disgusting and say it, when your done having sex you know how you still leak out some semen after cumming? Well I figured the urethra was like a toothpaste bottle so I would use my fingers to slide up my urethra to the tip of my penis to get it all out so I don't get that sh*t. Anyways when I did that I would get this "tickling" feeling after doing it too much. It's very annoying because you can't just itch it you have to PINCH it or push on it to make the "itch" go away. It usually goes away for me though. Whatever the guy said about herpes hopefully isn't true. Lol

After having such itchy sensation can I have unprotected sex with my new girlfriend? Will it infect her??

Same exact. Antibiotics help immediately but even after a full course the itching returns every time. Very frustrating. Ive had swabs taken 3x with negative results. Why cant they at least detect it I don't know. Sneaky microbes of some sort.

Itchy urethra, slight discharge, no pain, no std, no infection is generally what people get back from the dr. It's the common frustrating come back from the dr. This is due to most dr's being unaware of several very common causes. You don't need vibramycin or doxy unless you have an identified bacteria.
I have had this for years and finally worked it out. I suffered from several issues combined but one in particular stood out that I never heard of before and that is a std (nothing majorly serious called Trichomoniasis. Never heard of it ? yep neither had I. It's a parasite and is more common in the western world than any other std yet no dr's test for it. Completely bizzare. It can only be passed by vaginal sex. Symptoms are generally asymptomatic.
Men rarely have symptoms, but when they do, symptoms may include:
* itching inside the penis
* burning after urination or ejaculation
* the urge to urinate frequently
* penile discharge
If you go through everyone's post you'll see some or all of these symptoms. Treated with flags. The next issue I had was too much ejaculation, masturbating heaps, having loads of sex etc. I actually ended up with benign prostitis as well, that ones an easy fix. This causes similar symptoms. Masturbating also can cause friction and damage to the urethra because generally your fingers may move up and down it..do this enough times, have a girl grind on you as well during sex etc when she's on top and the penis basically gets hammered severely. Urethra gets inflamed, pass urine down it which is acidic,combined with more sex a week or so later etc and the cycle continues. A stomach infection can cause it too. If the lower colon is irritated as mine gets because I am intolerant to lactose I get an itching anus,my bowel spams and because your prostrate is right near your anus and you have terribly burning feces, that area gets inflamed. The prostrate gets irritated along with it. Try pressing hard all long the lower abdomen to the internal hip flexors and see what happens. Guaranteed some people trigger the burning and itching into the urethra. This may be two things either the lower intestinal infection or you have an issue with your hip flexors and the burning or itching is nerve related due to back issues which brings us to the next issue which is if you have had a back injury, as I have having ruptured my L5S1 I suffer from bad lower back pain, so what happens when you have sex? Being male you do most of the thrusting using that region, bad lower back means bad pelvic floor muscles and hip flexors. Thrusting inflames that area the hip flexors over compensate to stabilise your lower body and well you get a multitude of issues including nerve pain. The answer is stretch your glutes and hamstrings and release the hip flexors through stretch and manipulation. Also when a girl is on top of you notice that you clench your buttocks to get up in her more which puts a massive strain on your glutes and hamstrings etc again adding to the problem. This is why after sex generally a day or so and up to a week guys complain about the symptoms. Like any work out, you worked the area. Combine it with manual labour or worse sitting at a desk at work and you exacerbate the issue.
So in short assuming you have had the usual std checks and no results, which is the general problem on all these sites;
Get checked for Trichomoniasis. Most common symptom; itching urethra. Ta da!!
Check for food intolerance, if you have itching anus in particular, you have a food intolerance, generally lactose. This could be inflaming your prostrate due to lower bowel issue.
Lower bowel issues from the allergy or a bug will cause it too. Press along lower abodomen (hard) not the way dr's touch you but press in several inches all the way along above pubic bone all the way to the hip flexors on either side and up to just below belly button and all the way to left and right. This will trigger it if it's stomach or bowel related trust me.
If lower back issues also press along that area just mentioned due to related muscles with your back and stretch everything and when I say stretch I mean hard, also try stretching between buttocks and all the muscles in there, very hard to do but you'll work it out. Trust me I've been researching this for years and experimenting and these are the ways I deal with it. Remember if you don't have all the common std's etc, you don't have them, there has to be another cause. Hope this helps.

If he has an itching anus it's because he's lactose intolerant. Get him of the dairy products. Do the research, dairy isn't good for you. Get your calcium from minerals not sucking on a cows teet.
