sorry i got disconnected last night. ok lay on ur back and arch ur lower back as if u are trin to touch ur buttcheeks w/ it and squeeze( hold) for 10 to 20 seconds then side to side while still arching, i noticed my ring finger and pinky finger wasnt numb the next day i woke up nut it started again about a week later then i started the exercises again and it went away, this tells me its definately the lower spine, just practice the exercises until u can see a doctor or chiropractor
