My daughter she is 5yrs old turning 6yrs in November this year. She started complaining about her Anus, using the word "Squitching" which i believe she meant itching. She will squeez her bumbs trying to fight away with this "Squitching" feeling.Wht i deed i have checked if she wiped her  bumbs and its clean, And yes her anus was clean. I tried to put colgate her back hoping that this feeling will go away and unfortunately it went away only for 5 minutes & it was back.I also tried to monitor her poop cos in my heard i was thinking maybe its worms but there was nothing.I bought Vermox still just for her system to be cleaned up...This thing doesn't happen now and again but when it happens you can see its not a comfortable feeling on my daughter. Please advise what this might be and what steps should i take when this happens again.

Thanks BotheKha

it could be due to bacterial or fungal infection , i think you should apply some antibiotic cream on it instead of colgate,
if itching is persistent contact your pediatrician as he inspect and treat appropriately
