Hey, people. Any male cooks round here? What are your fave dishes? I just adore barbecue. I cannot imagine a week, a Sunday without that beautiful aroma that spreads from the toasted meat. I did it before with electrical barbecue, but now I yet again use natural fir. It tasted better, or at least it looks so. I do not prefer any standard meal, even though I like dishes with paprika. What are your choices?

I like barbecue too, but when it comes to meat, I like fish and chicken, no matter how are they prepared. The sad thing is that I do not know to cook at all. Well, except for the basic stuff. I adore fish and potato salad. When you squeeze lemon juice over fish, that is something I cannot resist. I also know to prepare several cooked dish (beans, for example). But I am not good at all. I guess I still enjoy in tasting, not preparing. I do know to make ice cream cake. I do not like it much but my friends eat until all is gone. That is saying something about my skills!
