Hi Guys I am 39 male and have been suffering with this fissure issue for 10years... Done all the creams and Botox twice.... Thinking of doing the surgery to fix this monster once and for all.... Can anyone recommend some good surgeons in Sydney and does anyone know the approx cost has I don't have private health care
