Hi, I am on Uprima for the last couple of weeks. I started taking it when I was finally sick and tired of being unable to have sex. This is not the same drug as Viagra, it has a new approach to the treating of erectile dysfunction. Uprima doesn’t act directly upon the penis, it works by exerting its influence in the brain for arousal, pleasure and climax. This brain action makes it unique. I have dizziness which I believe is a side effect of Uprima, but I have no intention to stop using it. It has already made me able to have sex, and I am more than happy about that. I am able to have an erection, which is all I asked for.
