Hi biomajor10' Tyler is at the doctors office as we speak... I told my sister to get them to do a complete blood test on him and she is... He's not feeling good today.. I took him for breakfast this mornin (hardees) and he ate but then went to bathroom not even 15 minutes later.... I just hope and pray they are gonna run the right test this time... But however my sister called and demanded they saw him today and she needs answers.... we all do. I dont want him to be sick.. i feel so helpless cause theres nothin i cando for him.. i take him shopping and within 45 minutes hes ready to go home.. im really close to tyler... i have 2 sons of my own and ive always said he was my third son beacuse hes with me all the time.. As soon as he gets back from doctor i will let you know and thanks so much for your concern

so heres the update just got back from the doctor... they said blood tests are completly normal and that his white blood cell count is perfect .... SO NOW MORECONFUSED THAN EVER...the doctor said he didnt have a clue whats going on so now he wants to send him to a dr in pensacola florida........... he lost 5 more lbs ....IM TOO CONFUSED.....

sorry I didn't reply sooner, I was just about to send a reply and my computer died, then I had to leave the house for a while so now im back retyping the reply o.O :-P
anyways, how was Tyler today? any changes? has he had a fever? I'm shocked that his CBC/WBC came back normal.... I still think that a biopsy should be done on his lymphnodes have the doctors mentioned anything about getting a biopsy? Also are there any foods which upset his system worse that others?
You mentioned you guys are from the Pensicola area..... funny you should mention that because I have a friend from the same area that has been dealing with a urogenital infection/disorder for the past year. Hes been from Doctor to doctor and no one could help him they just seem to give him the run around and the easiest "quick fix". no Offense but I'm really starting to not care for the doctors in that area they seem ignorant.
It took him almost 8 months to get a urologist to do a cystoscopy on him. once3 that was done they said he had prostitis but didnt know what was causing it so they prescribed him antibiotics which they just kept refilling for months. obviously if they arnt curing his infection after months then somethings not right (it doesnt take a brain surgon to figure that one out).
Anyways I told him to get a culture and Sensitivity done on his semen that way they can grow whatever is causing his infection then test different antibiotics aginst the pathogen to find one that will kill it instead of just weaking it.
finally they did that test and found out he had some sort of staph like infection and he is being treated with a different type of antibiotic.
my question to the doctors is why was I the one to tell him what tests to run inorder to get a diagnosis?
sorry for the rant/vent session but when I found out you were from the pensicola area it sparked some feelings.
anyways I'm looking forward to an update. Please tell Tyler to hang in there as we are trying to figure things out.

Hi its ok it to a while to write back no problem ... so we are not from Pensacola we are from Enterprise Al. And they are wantin to send him to Pensacola....but it sounds like they are as dumb as the ones here lol .....all the doctor said and these are his exact words is hes a very sick lil man...i just cant find out where its comin from... So pretty hopelesss at this point....When a doctor looks you in the face and tells u ur nephew is sick but he doesnt have a clue whats going on..thats a scary feeling..... so at this point looks like we are back to square one...AGAIN...THANKS FOR WRITING BACK AND U HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND ;-)

How Is Tyler Feeling? has he had any changes or any new symptomes come up? I really think you guys should request a biopsy of his lymphnodes. The doctors should be able to do that with a needle/biopsy punch and an ultrasound.
giving he does not have any abnormal blood work its hard to believe he would have an infection, although it can't be 100% ruled out.
has he or does he have a fever? if so do they come at random times all day or seem to be more prevalient in the morning or evening?
Has he had a stool culture done yet and has he had and bloody or muccosy diarrhea (typically bloody stool resemples tar or coffee grounds in the stool.) sorry for the graphic description.
also what lymphnodes are swollen,? are they all swollen or mainly the ones in the abdomine, groin, armpit or neck? i have attached a link/picture of the lymphnodes in the body.
Sorry for all the questions just trying to piece together the puzzle.
