Yesterday I exercised too much. Today I can not move because my muscles are so painful. Do you have any good advice for me? Somebody told me that I can use arnica oil. What do you think about applying arnica to the skin to sooth painful muscles? Anybody who already tried it?

Yes. It’s good idea. I’m sure that it will help you. I’m using it whenever I have these kinds of problems. Probably you can find this oil over-the-counter. After warm bath, just gently apply it on your painful area and try to relax. I hope that you will feel relief very soon after that.
