I have had a problem for 4 years. A sticky substance grows from my gum up over a few of my back teeth - always in the same spot.  If I brush it and scrape it away as best I can, it will grow back within hours.  I see a dentist and a periodontist every three months.  They cannot determine what is wrong.  I have had a biopsy, a skin graph and a visit to a dental surgeon.  This surgeon could only suggest using a mild toothpaste - it made no difference.  I am very frustrated with this situation,  Any suggestion as to what it might be? Any treatment?
