If your to young to get pregnant then your should of thought of that before you had sex.
I'm also guessing that you never used a condom either seeing as your worried now.

No, there is no safe way for you to abort at home without telling anyone. It sounds like you're not sure if you're pregnant or not though. You will need to wait at least a few weeks before you can take a pregnancy test. Until then, don't drink alcohol or use recreational drugs. Once you know for sure, you can make some decisions- speaking to a counselor or other trusted adult is a great place to start. Counselors are required to keep confidentiality (they can't tell anyone), so don't worry about your secret being shared.
If you find out that you're not pregnant, go out and buy some condoms as well as considering getting a prescription for birth control (again, your doctor cannot tell anyone that you're receiving birth control pills, it's confidential).
If you are pregnant, an abortion is an option, but so is adoption. Don't discount this opportunity because of your fear of telling others. If you were to get an abortion I would hope you would tell someone, since abortions are often traumatic and it is a tremendous relief to be able to talk to someone about it.
