Kissing does mean things, sometimes it means more than sex. Kissing in kindergarten is so much different because you are not aware of what you are doing, also they don't make out in kindergarten it's just a peck on the cheek and they usually giggle afterwards. kissing means snogging or making out not just lots of dry kisses at the same time.
