I am 21 and live very active life. It seems like a stretched a muscle or damaged back nerve. It really hurt when I want to bend down. What should I do? I must continue my training due to the pain I cannot!

Maybe you really damaged your back nerve… this could be very serious! If you feel pain that is preventing you to bend, you definitely shouldn’t continue with your trainings!!!! I am very serious, you must not! And you need to have this checked with specialist.
On the other hand, if this pain is caused by strengthen muscle, you shouldn’t exercise also, but rest for few days and gently massage the area.
I really wouldn’t joke around with this type of problem… go see a therapist.everything will be over!!!
