hi please help me !
im 18 years old and for about a year i have been getting chest pains on my heart side
but lately they have been getting worse
it has got so bad that i cant eat solid food as it is to painfull, i cant breathe properlly, i cant lay down because it hurts, i get really dizzy and i end up fainting, i go really cold and start shivering

whilst i was at work i fainted because my whole body went numb
i went to my doctor but and he told me to go to hospital, the hospital didnt find anythink with my heart or my blood pressure or my blood tests
the pain never goes away
please help from steven
