I have a horrible pressure pain in the back of my head lower part right above my neck. It hurts do bad it makes me throw up. It's only in that side. I've taken bayer tylenol ect... Nothing helps. I can't really just up and go to the doctor any time I want. Can someone give me any kind of advice or something please
