Hi, i'm 22 and new to wieght lifting and don't know how much wieght to start with. Idon't want to much and hurt myself or to little and achieve nothing.

Well, starting out small is definitely the best. I suggest you see your doctor for a check-up first to make sure that you're okay to weight lifting. Weight lifting is the kind of exercise that could easily exacerbate things.
To begin, start out with a weight that feels comfortable for you. It should feel like it's exercise for the muscles, but not too strenuous. After you feel that you've gotten good at that weight and it's pretty easy for you, start adding a little more weight, like 5 or 10 pounds. Don't go too heavy!
