Some people claim that there are herbs that make you lose weight, and presumably some of these are part of the weight loss pills that are everywhere now as well. Perhaps I can avoid the weight loss pills and go straight to the herbs. What are the best diet herbs, and how do I take them?

The only herb, or perhaps it is a spice, I have heard about that encourages weight loss is oregano. Thankfully oregano is very easy to use - you can just add it to any meal you cook, especially if you like Italian foods - pizza, pasta and various salads all lends themselves to the addition of oregano excellently.
