I think that there are enough of us here to justify starting a "best diet of the year" thread. My intention with this thread is to inspire other people looking for a diet that is suitable for them, and to compare experiences with other people who are already dieting. We're all in this together - let's help each other along a bit! Personally, I reached my weight loss goal using the Atkins Diet and I was really satisfied with this!

I'm a man so maybe it's a bit different for me, but I lost ten kilos doing a program in which you have to change one meal a day for a shake of various kinds. I actually went a step further and did two shakes a day on three days of the week, so the weight loss went quite quickly. I am in marketing, so losing weight was important for my reputation and even affects the amount of business I get. I'm very pleased with my new weight, but am having some trouble staying at the same weight. I'm a single guy and I don't cook much, and I do get a lot of late night cravings. Any tips on how to deal with that from the ladies?
