I have been exercising and weight lifting for almost a year now. While I admit that I feel a lot healthier and more energetic now, I didn't lose all the weight that I had aimed to lose, and I started working out for that purpose, so I am a bit disappointed! Now, I want to try going on a diet. What is the best diet to lose 10 lbs, which is the amount I still want to lose? Ideas are appreciated.

Hi! I joined weight watchers two months back and I am amazed to say that I am finally seeing visible results in the weight loss department. I didn't want to joint them at first because I didn't want to be held accountable to other people, but I found that it really did help me and I am glad I did join in the end. Perhaps that would be good for you as well?
