What is the Hollywood diet? I have never heard of that before. Could you give any details? I would love to hear more. I joined a local gym last week and am hoping to start exercising but I haven't had the chance to go there once yet. Perhaps I should do some diet as well. Can you recommend any? I have about 10 pounds to lose.
