I am a size small to extra small and always have been, and I am 5 ft 3 tall. I am not the type of person that puts on weight easily, but after three kids I do have a big of extra fat, I am afraid to say. I hate sports and always have done. Don't tell me to to the gym because that will set me up for failure, realistically speaking. What is the best diet for my body type in your opinion?

Is the "extra bit of fat" essentially still baby fat, located on your belly area? If that is the case, I am sorry to say that, in my experience, it's tricky to shift without doing at least some form of work out. Diets, while they will make you lose weight, will not flatten your belly, and expecting this to happen will just disappoint you. I do know it's not what you wanted to hear, but it is the truth!
