I just had a baby and of course I look a bit different to the way I looked before getting pregnant. Specifically, I have this baby belly that makes strangers wonder whether I have already given birth or not! Very embarrassing! The message is clear. I want to go on a diet. What is the best diet post pregnancy?

I have really horrible stretch marks. I am not sure how much stretch marked skin can in fact "shrink", though I did notice some improvement in the last six months. I am 9 months post partum now, and I am thinking it is time to accept that I will never look like to pre-pregnancy self again. I am not sure any diet will get rid of your belly only. If it's possible, it's certainly not something I have done right, hahaha.
