Ok, today I have started this six week body transformation. So, I found some diet, meal plan on the internet. I realize that I can eat some beef, chicken, fish, turkey, lamb – so there is lot of meet. Vegetables is something that I must eat (cabbage, carrot, potatoes, tomatoes, beetroot etc.) My doctor told me, because of my heart conditions, that I cant eat too spicy food, to salty food. No burgers and fries, and sauces that I used to eat. I will drink a lot of water, eat carbs and proteins, and I will tell you how my makeover is going.

Blueberries, strawberries, cranberries,pears, boysenberries, papaya, blackberries, guava

celery, green beans, turnip greens, artichokes, collard greens, onions, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, zucchini, leeks, turnips etc.


Different is better!
