I'm 19. I have a huge vaginal bleeding problem. This is how it all started (it's important):
I was in the hospital on Clindamycin, an antibiotic. Before the nurse even put hooked me up to the IV & antibiotics, I let her know that I was on birth control (Loestrin 24 to be specific). I've been taking the antibiotics ever since I got out of the hospital, as well as the birth control. They day after I got out of the hospital, I had to take 3 birth control pills due to running out and not being able to go to the pharmacy and get a refill. A week after I got out of the hospital, my boyfriend and I had rough sex. Afterwards I noticed I was bleeding a little. It's happened before, so I figured it'd go away. Well, it's been three weeks, and I'm still "spotting." Sometimes it's more than spotting; it's almost like a light period that won't go away. Within those three weeks, I made it a point to avoid having sex; even with that implicated, I was still bleeding. I was wondering what's most likely to have caused the bleeding. Plus, I've smoked pot at least twice a week since then, but in the pharmaceutical warning labels it says that smoking only conflicts with heart and circulation problems. I've had no funny color discharge or any discharge until yesterday, which had a yellow tint to it. Please help me.

However I did have sex once or twice
If you are still bleeding, I think it would be a good idea to see a gyno. You may have ruptured something or injured yourself and that would only help you if you see the doctor. Let me know what the gyno says, okay?
