Good day,

I didn't really care about it before my first sex, but now it's really annoying. I have this big purple soft vein under head of my penis, it doesn't really matter when I don't have an erection, but when I do, the skin gets real tight around my head of the penis. Sometimes so tight that it actually hurts a bit. The vein is also so badly placed since it does a little arc just below my head, so it really blocks pretty much most of the middle part of foreskin and it's hard to pull it over.

Will I have to go to some kind of surgery or something like that? Or is there any other fix for this?

Hi Denis,

See a urologist for an exam.

It may be possible to reduce the size or location of a vein. It may require surgery.

I have a big ball like thing just above my penis. It is there for 4 years now, and it doesn't cause any pain. So what is it? It is like attached just below my skin.
