Ok a few days ago I started my period. It was a little early but I am never very regular. I am on the nuva ring and have been for almost a year now and am sexually active. The period started off thick and dark but a panty liner took care of it for the first few days. The next two days were heavier but still light enought that I could use one tampon all day. (very light for me) Yesterday and today it was thick and almost black and not very much of it but when I took my shower i noticed black pink and white. Thought it was old blood and some tampon left over but when I looked closer I saw it was more of the consistancy of a blood clot and the pink was kinda fleshy. The black was in small specks like an airsoft beebee or coffee growns. What is this? I am going to call the doctor on monday but I would like to know if anyone has had this or has any clue what it is. Help!
I would get into the doctor ASAP, this doesn't sound healthy. It sounds to me like a miscarriage or a possible infection. Call the doctor take pictures of this substance because of course it will stop by the time you get to the doctor. Good luc:-|
