Those aren't whiteheads on your nipples, those are very common they are called Montgomery Glands and squeezing them gets them infected.

My blackheads on my breasts started coming after i had a hysterectomy.  I pick at them sometimes and just try to keep my skin clean.

I get these and my boyfriend does too. He gets these dark black hairs on his hips, abd I tweeze them out, and theyre surrounded by the blackhead material, and if I pull it apart with the tweezers, its like, 5 little hairs together. They're hairs, but when I pull them out they're not even attached to the skin. Its really strange, I can even pull them out with my fingertips with no resistance.

Oh my gosh, I thought i was the only girl with this problem. I'm 14 an i just noticed this problem a few months ago before hopping into a tanning bed while applying lotion. I have picked at the blackheads and learned real quick that it was a horrible idea. I have scars allover my chest and breasts now and i am so embarrased to go to the beach or pool in a bikini because it is extremely noticable. I plan on going to the dermatologist and get some sort of medication for it. But if you don't have the means to do that then i would suggest using a cotton ball and soak it in rubbing alcohal and wipe on the infected area and then moisturize it with triple antibiotic or salysylic acid. I am no proffesional but it has slowly but surely worked for me but still left with scars. ):

Does anyone have hair follicles you can see all over your breast? I do have large breasts and aim not sure whether to go to the doctor or whether I'm worrying for nothing.the skin is not as smooth as I'd like it to be either but I don't know if others would really notice it that much. Any advice gratefully received.

I had this problem too and was left with a lot of scaring.  I found a lady who used a tattoo laser remover and she was able to removed most of my scars.  I had to do about 5 session with 4-6 weeks between session so that they could heal.  They burn the skin off and it really doesn't hurt but it does sting for about an hour afterwards and then I was fine.  The scars will scab up and look 100 times worse, but after about 4 weeks, and no picking at the scabs at all and using Neosporin daily literally 50% of my scars where gone.  There were spots that never looked like I had anything wrong with them in the first place.  Most of the more stubborn scars are gone or very very light and hardly noticeable.  This cost me about 150 a session which was well worth the price for the results.  It is something to look into.  I went to Primis Laser and Day Spa to have this done.  I also bought from them a bleaching cream for those spots that would not go away completely and it works beautiful.  I use it when I notice those few spots getting darker for whatever reason.  Hope this helps.

Have managed to reduce mine by exfoliating with a gentle facial moisturiser and some salt. Smooth it in gently, then leave for a couple of minutes. Finish by rinsing with warm water, then pat dry (don't rub, as that makes the problem worse!)

I used to struggle from this exact issue as well. I normally do not have oily skin but for whatever reason, that area is oily. I started using Seacret products on my skin and it has cleared the ingrown, black/white heads on my breasts as well as my face!

I believe these are called "sebaceous filaments". They are not blackheads, but it is easy to think they are, especially if you have pale skin with brown or black hair. I used to spend a lot of time using tweezers to pull out the filaments all over my chest, but they came right back and where I pulled them out I would sometimes get a pimple or a red scar in it's place, which was ridiculous considering no one except myself would have ever noticed these things in the first place. I did a google search to figure out what these really were and from what I read it's best to just leave them alone. I've added dry skin brushing to my daily routine. I do it every morning for 2 or 3 minutes before stepping in to the shower, and that has done a world of good to help resolve a lot of skin issues.

The real backheads that I have on my nose are still an ongoing issue, but with monthly professional extractions done by my facialist at least I know I am getting then removed regularly.
