Well I used to have really large breasts and I
Got a breast reduction and after my breast reduction my doctor told me to make sure I do not wear bras very often and I still manage to get the blackheads and in abundance. So no it's not the bra. It's dry skin n body oils filling the pores according to my Dr. It's mosly common in Woman who have larger breast and who have had children. .

I have the same thing. I haven't seen a Dr about them but just from watching them and trying to not pick, because I can get pretty obsessive, I've realized what mine are. I have large breasts, I sweat a lot from living in the south. Certain Bras make them worse than at other times. I find if I wear a cheaper cotton bra, I get them horribly. If I don't use my exfoliating mitt, I get them horribly. So my personal solution is to wear bras that feel satin-like, wash them often, and exfoliate to continuously remove the dead skin. I think the pores are filled with fibers from my bra, dead skin cells, and sweat. Plain and simple and for the women worried about sex sing being self conscious, all I have to say is honey, they are boobies. I date women and they would be more prone to seeing the issue and being repulsed, but they aren't and neither am I. When I finally get to the boob's, nothing is getting in my way of the beautiful female form. I don't write this to offend anyone. I write this to explain the real things going through someone's brain.

If you are large breasted, the fine hair follicles under the breast can become clogged- simply exfoliate every night in the shower, go braless when possible and use a gentle tonic such as natural witch hazel after a shower. No oils or creams. Don't squeeze them as you'll damage the follicles. If there are small blocked glands in the areola, again this is within the boundaries or normal but do just check it out with a doc. Don't use steroid creams.

I sleep wearing a sports bra every night, I have fairly large breasts and also am experiencing this problem so maybe it has something to do with that... but either way its very annoying and i just wish there was a way to get rid of it, and if there is someone please let me know!

Hey, girls! I, too, have the blackheads on my breasts (amazingly enough only in the areas covered by a bra!) and am able to gently scrape my cleaned nails across an area and they just come right out. I usually wind up doing this right before a shower and then when I get out I have all these red track marks across my breasts! I also have these on my upper inner thighs, but they seem a tad larger and darker, and have to be removed by squeezing. No matter how many I get rid of, there's always more where those came from! So, finally to the point I can't stand it any longer, I did a Google search and and found that apparently, the bra is causing the blackheads on my breasts, and since I'm a big girl, the rubbing of my thighs together while covered with clothing (which is 24/7/365!) keeps this area populated.

Good luck with your efforts and remember....you are your own worst critic. You really are NOT what you see in the mirror.....you are so much more, and you should NEVER let someone else's opinion of you direct how you feel about yourself. But what's even worse is most often what we think about ourselves is what WE THINK SOMEONE ELSE THINKS ABOUT US!!! Chin up and keep moving!

I am breastfeeding and never wear a bra. I also have massive boobies. They are never really in a bra. I still have the same issue. Mine actually appeared shortly after giving birth. I believe It's hormonal. But i am not a dr. Hope this helps.

I totally thought I was the only one with the pimple type things on my areolas!!! I knew that I wasn't the only one with the little hairs all of my breast that can be easily removed or the whitehead type thing because my best friend has that but I have NEVER heard of anyone else having the ones on the areolas. They never ever go away but every once in a while they pop like pimples
