No I don't think so.
I am a very small breasted woman and have this.
Mine rarely get inflamed.. usually when I pick at or try to pop them
I would say this is a problem of women that just have large pores.
My face is the same way and no matter what I use.. my skin is never totally clear.
I started using a loofah in the shower and taking care to gently scrub my breasts.. and it seems to be making a huge difference

Do not squeeze the ones on your nipple! Those are not white heads, those are glands you use when you are breastfeeding. If you've been getting white stuff out, that is completely normal but the act of popping them can lead to infection very easily!

Sadly yes,
I've had this issue since I was about 8-9 years old. I'm now 21, & though it's not as severe because I don't really pick at them too much anymore (kind of a "outta site outta mind" thing), there are still a few scars and the occasional sprouter to pop...
...Its humiliating...
And honestly, for the longest time I thought it might be cancer but was to afraid to get it checked out..
Being a large breasted girl most of my life, I usually felt/feel better about myself when I have a bra on, even when sleeping.
Who knows, maybe that's what started it all to begin with...
-I would LOVE to hear about a cure for this, but if one is nonexistent, at least I've come to terms with it for now. After a while I realised that they weren't as noticeable as I thought, and slowly but surely my confidence began to rise, even if I'm still a little bit self conscious over it,
At least I know it could be ALOT worse than it is..it has been before..

I have this problem and I think it does have to do with keeping boobs "locked away". I think it also, because it is most common with more busty girls, has to do with boob sweat. The more your boobs sweat, the more the pores on them get clogged, etc.

This is like an addiction for me too. My husband is always saying not to pick because the picking looks worse than the acne, but I can literally not stop myself. This applies to my face, arms, breasts, anywhere with acne but especially blackheads. I'm relieved I'm not the only one.

A older friend advised that at the onslaught on menopause she always used a scented powder under her breasts and at the top of her thighs to reduce perspiration and produce a nice scent as opposed to menopausal sweat smell! So when I entered that stage of my life a couple of years ago, I thought I'd try the powder trick although I really didn't notice the need for it. After about a month of using this powder I was horrified to find blackheads on the bottom area of my breasts - I was stunned as I'd never had a lot of blackheads before and never any on my body - just the normal few on my nose when I was younger. So I stopped using the powder immediately and then in my daily shower/bath I started using a bath pouf with a good squirt of Avon's moisture therapy derma restoring body scrub and I scrubbed my breasts. After about a month, they started to disappear (the blackheads not the breasts) I've kept up the new hygiene routine, and, as many of you mentioned we stuff these babies into confinement all day everyday and no wonder they start to have a few minor issues! So if any of you have been powdering - I do believe it blocks your pores and causes this issue.

Those "pimple" like bumps on your nipples are not pimples. They are Montgomery glands and almost every woman has them. They help keep the nipple lubricated. Please do not pop them! They can get infected if you continue to pop them. The are completely normal.

I wear a DDD and rarely use a bar or anything.
I have just gotten relief from this by using DOXY-CYCLINE MONO 100mg twice daily, it's an antibiotic. And washing with HIBICLENS. I have not had any now for a month. However, if I wear a bra I get like one new sore a week. Such a sad struggle.

Wearing a bra all the time is really had for your breast tissue. I can damage and tear it. It's restrictive and you need to give your girls a break!! Beside I hate wearing a bra. I can't imagine wearing one to bed!
