Hello, I 've been taking my birth control pills everyday since April, 2014. And I threw up few days ago (probably a week/less than a week ago I think..) and I took my pills before I threw up (2hrs before) which worried me but I didn't want to take another pill on the same day so I didn't. And since this morning, i had spotting and it was kind of brown not red and i could only see the spotting when i wipe. Also, I had sex with my bf today without condom (since im on the pill but he doesn't do it inside). I was just wondering if it's normal to have spotting a week before your period? Like even if you're on the birth control pills? Or is it because I threw up one of the pills I took few days ago? (Again, I didnt take another pill after I threw up) and is it possible that I might be pregnant? Thank you in advance!
