Your period may have come a little earlier this month.
My guess is the same as hoseclamp's. Your period may have just come early and it coincided. Was this your first time? Perhaps you also broke your hymen. Can you tell me if that's the case?
No no, not the first time & the reason I thought it was strange is because this happend on a Friday and I always start my period on a Tuesday (been on birth control for 4 years).

No, I didn't take a pregnancy test, but everything does seem to be fine now. So i guess it must of been stress related then. Thanks.
