I had my last period then had sex two days later. because we didnt use anything i took the morning after pill around 24 hours later. 7 or so days after this, i started bleeding (at first just spotted and then like a normal period) for 3 days. Now it has gone i dont know what this means? could i be pregnant or is this just hormones due to the pill?

This is most likely a hormonal change due to the pill you took for emergency contraception.
