Bleeding after taking a dump

Hi - have just read this. I had the same for a while, when constipated. If the blood is from your anus, then it could be from fissures, when the anus tears from the constipated matter. If it's from your vagina, it could be polyps which are like internal skin tags. These can be found with an internal examination. In mine case it was a sensitive cervix - it's like the inside of your nose. The straining from the constipation can cause capilaries to burst which produce a small amount of blood.
No need to worry if that is that case, just try to avoid constipation, drink plenty of water too.

Hi im 26 years old and i notice spots on toilet paper after taking a dump..not in daily bases but mostly if there is a constipation involved.
is this normal or i should see a Doctor? if anyone knows more info about this please tell me i would really appreciate.

If you strain during a bowel movement you will see blood. Sounds like you need to up your fiber intake. It will help immensely.

ya, keep up the fiber, and if you see blood when you r not constipated, or have trouble with a BM, then you should see a doctor just to be safe.
