It seems a though no one knows what is actually causing this issue occuring but I would like to share my experience. When I was sixteen years old going on seventeen, I missed my period due date for four months. I was quite concerned and worried thinking that I got pregnant because within that year, I had my first protected sex (just a one time thing) with a guy. I was afraid that the condom had ripped hence why I wasn't having my period at all. I went to see my primary doctor and she told me I needed to get an ultrasound when she found out I was being sexually active. Yadda yadda, went to get an ultrasound whatnot and found out I was not pregnant at all and that my ovaries were perfectly healthy. The real reason for me not having a period is because I was overweight for my height. I was told I needed to lose weight in order to go back on my period cycle. Unfortunately, I was too stubborn to listen that I ended up going to the doctor's again and she prescribed me some pills to take. I have forgotten the name but it started with Meta something. That took a toll and I was having my period non-stop. Ladies/Girls, do not take any medicine nor pills, it will mess up our period cycle even more. I decided to stay off the pills and started excerising. I'm now 22 turning 23 soon and my period cycle is normal now. I was sick of having my on-going period for 2 years and ever since I started working out and maintaining my health, it's been good since then. So if you're overweight or obese and your period is being irregular or on-going, etc... Have some exercising routine in your lifestyle, 30 minutes to an hour in our life is nothing, it will help, trust me!

I'm 32 n no children. I really want children but this situation is just taking over my life.
I don't know what to do. All my smear test reports are normal. I'm already anemic, but aside from that no other issues.
Any ideas of what this may be?
Thank you in advance
