i'm having the same problem and its kinda scaring me i don't know what to do about this.
Me toooo, i just started taking Yaz a month ago and ever since then i'v been bleeing "old blood" its really annoying lol and quite frankly its not that nice in bed either.. help!?
I started yaz 2 months ago and I've had my period for about 3 weeks straight its driving me crazy im changing to the rod in my arm yaz sux!!!!
I had a similar issue and after speaking to an advice nurse was told to go to the emergency room. I had been bleeding for a month straight, was dizzy, exhausted and felt very ill. I was switched to Levora and have had much more success. Your body may just need a different pill. Talk to your doctor as soon as you can.
The problem may be if you tried to skip your period. Your body is still adjusting to the hormone changes and hasn't quite just yet and your body's hormones are still expecting a period. At the end of this month, have your period then, if you do wish to skip try again, it can take a couple of months for you body to adjust to the hormones.
Since starting yaz i havent stopped bleeding. My doctor prescribed it to stop my periods completely by skipping the sugar pills and continuing with the next pack. I have been bleeding for a month now. Has this happened to anyone?

Same with me. Started taking it because the last year My periods have become unbareable. My gyno put me on tax and told me to skip the 4 white pills every month so I never get my period again which I was super stoked on. Buuuut I started taking the pill the first day of my period and haven't stopped bleeding. I'm on my 4th week. The flow is heavier than my awful periods without it were, the pain has been non stop this whole month and the gyno refuses to give me anything for pain...just take ibuprofen she says. Like duh? I didn't think of that? I've tried everything the store has to offer with 0 relief. When does it end?? She says it's normal but this can't be normal. I have a very high threshold for pain and I can barely walk some days
I started Yaz 14 days ago on the day that I got my period, and I am STILL bleeding! Is this normal? When am I going to stop?
