That's what I was told you don't need it, it's not important. Well than why did God put it in mine and everyone else's body!?

Research SIBO (small intestine baceterial overgrowth) to see if your symptoms correspond. I had SIBO for a year after laprscopy. It is commonly misdiagnosed as IBS.
Digestive enzymes and probiotics at night.

Please, with me it is the same. From size medium/small I can only use Large and Extra Large. It is real insane that we do not go before and we do not have any treatment after the surgery. It sounds the question is the LIVER. Better to consult a specialist in Liver Fat. I am searching too......

I'm here to tell you I went through the same thing with the bloating and gas and nothing would relieve it. I bought every kind of medicine & tried ever kind of suggestion, walking, yoga moves, rocking back & forth, back rubs. What a PA told me to buy some Prune juice and heat it up and so I drank 1 cup and the gas and bowels were moving within 10 minutes and then another 15 min. releasing alot of gas & sludge coming from my stomach & intestines. It really works, trust me try it and she said if that didn't do the fleets enema and didn't need it. So I drank another cup of hot prune juice and it keep me going all night releasing the gas and bloated feeling and all the c**p in between. Hope this helps you or anyone because I was in constant pain for 17 days.

I too had my gall bladder removed and for the first few months things seemed to be working just fine. It was during the spring and I was very active with work, gardening and working out. I had an hour lunch and would take an hour power walk every day. Life seemed great. Then I changed jobs, was forced to take a 30 min lunch and spend most of the day at my desk. Fall and winter and my life became very sedentary. Due to my job I often have to work 12-16 hour days due to inclement weather. Less and less exercise, but my diet was the same. About a year later I started experiencing bloat, pain, acid reflux. I have always eaten 'clean' and never had indegestion problems. I too have been fooled by the folk lore of not missing my gall bladder. What I have noticed and I think is most important is the fact that EXERCISE seems to be the key. Smaller meals, exercise and lack of stress seem to help at the moment.
