I'm in love with organic all natural peanut butter and almond butter. I swear I could live off that stuff. But, one problem, BLOATING!:( I've heard that they cause major bloating, is that true? Is there a way to make it so it doesn't make you bloat? How much peanut/almond butter do you have to consume until you bloat? I was excited to try it mixed in with fiber one cereal, a peanut butter banana smoothie, peanut/almond butter on whole wheat toast or English muffin, and just it plain. But would those cause bloating?
