I'm trying to speed up my metabolism, get flat abs, and not bloat!! I'm also trying to get around 300 calories for breakfast. Maybe even a little more. I'm trying to figure out the perfect breakfast for me. Help?! Please =) Here's what I have to make whatever it is with: -Fiber one cereal -Special K with Berries (almost out) -All natural organic peanut butter -Almond butter - Whole wheat English muffin -whole Wheat bread -skim milk -nonfat plain Greek yogurt (hate the taste! Even with honey or cinnamon) -nonfat vanilla yoplait yogurt -strawberries -blueberries (I think) -almonds -flaxseeds -cinnamon -extra virgin olive oil -all kinds of spices -lettuce -tomatoes -carrots -banana -cream of wheat I think that's about it for my healthy breakfast options! So does anybody have an idea for the perfect breakfast for me? Remember what my goal is! Also, feel free to be kind of crazy with your suggestions. Mix it up! I've tried cinnamon and extra virgin olive oil on a whole wheat English muffin with flaxseeds almonds and blueberries. (was this a good choice for me??) and I was thinking about having almond butter and/or organic all natural peanut butter mixed in with my fiber on cereal, but I might not because of bloating. Another kind of odd thing I've tried is cinnamon, extra virgin olive oil, almonds, blueberries, and flaxseeds in my fiber one cereal. Was that a good idea? Or am I better off with skim milk in it? Helpppp pleaaassseeee =)
