i hope you can advice,As getting very worried,In approx 2002,i got a painful left testicle,the pain appeared to travel into my leg,although at this time no blood,this pain occured several times over next 2 yrs but with no blood,In oct 2004 after several months of being pain free,I had the same symptons but with blood in seaman,after having several tests incuding having a camera down my penis,It was concluded i had a very acute infection the pain being caused by damaged done bt the alleged infection,After trying many different types of antibiotics it cleared up for a small time and has since returned,To get to the point,i noticed yesterday what appered to be a clear pattern of events,that look if though it might throw some light on it,before 2002,i never owened a car, in 2002,i used a manual car up until jan 2004,from jan to october of that yr i drove an automatic car,and in oct 2004 began 2 drive manual car,there has been a clear patten of when using my feet to drive thats when i suffer,On waking up today noticed i had no pain,with 20 minutes i was out and in my car within a few seconds the pain was there and traveled in my leg by the groin area.
Is this patten just a coinsedence,or have i somthing trapped and if so what is causing the pain and blood in seaman,the pain is constant most of day n night,can u throw any ideas or possibilities.

Wow man, this is something to make your head spin! If the pain appeared every time you had a manual car, ie when you had to use your feet…it must be more than just a coincidence. Have you mentioned this to any of your doctors?
Has your bacterial infection cleared since you used all those antibiotics? Have you been diagnosed infection-free or would you describe it as chronic. I had epididymitis long time ago, it is a bacterial infection of the tube that lies on the testicle and I learned that if the infection is not spotted and cleared on time, it could become chronic!
Blood in the semen may often accompany bacterial infections, so I reckon that these two are related. It could be a result of any inflammation or blockage or injury of the reproductive tract!
Has your prostate been checked?
I think you should go back to your doctor, or maybe even look for second opinions if you are still in pain!

Thanks for your reply,I have had all the test, the camera(yuk amongs others,The hospital were just putting me on tablets saying cum back in 3 months and so on,Firstly,after i wrote to specialist 2 weks ago, telling him i was bleeding more than i was 17 months ago, and the pain getting worse, i was not happy 2 just keep going i was, got reply back saying they now doubted it was an infection,and think its more o a blockage/iflamantion and the blood is being caused by burst blood vessel from the pressure of this supposed blockage,All the tests i have had dont show any blockage they are just presuming, they have said they give me a op in about aug,but only about 30percent of relieving the pain and the blood there no going to bother about,carnt see the point of having op if im still going 2 be as i am now, The specialist has agreed to bring me in next week to do a special ultrasound,dosnt explain why its special.before they make a judgement,FOr past few weeks doctor has asked me to supply pee sample wekly,everytime i supply 1 shows a mass of white cells,but hes reluctant to put me on anything until iv seen the specalist again, IV NOT had sex for months as so dam painful when ejaculting plus the sight of all that blood and it is a vast amount isnt pleasent to see or go through the level of pain,but as i am goig back 4 this test in about 10days thought i better see if it the same slightly better or worse,so this morn,with help of the wife, the pain was that severe i had tears streamming down my face,my wife was horrifyed and as me 2 look, it was just a mass of blood she said it didnt even cum out like seman does it was like congelled and slopped out,the colour was red and brown if i was 2 put a percentage on it i would say 95pecent was blood
When i have this test again next week on my prostate,will they also look at epidymis etc or just prostate,cos when they checked last time via camera,there was no blood in prostate,all i said was well its cumming from somewhere ik just puzzled what it could be, they are just guessing now what it might be,while in meantime im in shear pain,i did the teat on my seaman at 8 this more bollock is still throbing badly and i noticed when i ejaculated got a sever pain shooting down my leg.
cheers.Since writing this,got results back from latest pee sample shows 70-100 power field, in a nutshell theres a very severe abnomality,I have been called in on 31.05 to have a trans rectal ulrasound, iv just read up on it,im dreading it lol,and on my b/day aswell,to be honest just want 2 know whats wrong as the longer this is going on the more sever the pain and blood is,what really annoying is if if it was not for me ringing hospital or going my drs to get intouch,with them there happy to leave me til next feb.

i had a simalar pain but no blood i sometimes get it still and even before reading your post i thought it could be to do with the clutch foot, quite reasuring to see someone else with the same idea
