Yesterday my son complained of very dark urine and today is complaining about groin and buttock (joint) pain. I've looked everywhere but can't seem to find any information which matches his symptoms. He has no pain when urinating...any thoughts?

It could be a urinary tract infection or tissue damage of some sort. In any case, this sounds serious. Get your son to urgent care or the emergency room ASAP.
