for the last 4 days ive had a headache,really blood shoteyes im allways tired and i have a really flemmey cough im also having alot of troubble sleeping.can any one help or know somthing that i mite be able to do to ease this?

It could be some nasty virus so I think it would be best to visit your doctor. Sometimes things like this can be completely harmless but I personally think it is better to be safe than sorry.
My sister had problems with bloodshot eyes last year and this was the consequence of a stressful job. Everyone was thinking that she has drinking problems but the poor thing was just working too hard. Then she got the flu like symptoms but she was ignoring the whole thing. At the end she ends up in the hospital so I am repeating to you to visit the doctor just to avoid something similar. Keep us posted and good luck.
