for a while now sometimes i'll randomly get the taste of blood in the back of my mouth like it's i've swallowed blood or it's coming from my throat
but everytime, i spit saliva or phlem and there are no traces of blood whatsoever
sometimes my throat feels like its burning but it's not very strong
has anyone else had this problem?

It is possible for blood from the nasal passages to go down the back of your throat. Do you have any sinus problems or allergies?
You may also have an issue with your teeth or gums.
I'd start off with a checkup at the dentist and if nothing is found then see your GP.
