Hi Jenifer,

There is no doubt that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  You have to consider that you body has been fasting over night using its glucose stores in the liver to run metabolism while you sleep.  In order to get a good start for the day, you need to eat when you rise.  You should have a balanced breakfast, not fast food and no processed sugary foods.  The best is good old fashioned oatmeal and some fresh fruit or prunes.  You can add an egg to that for high quality protein.  This gets  your day going properly.  If you're in school, this will help keep you alert and paying attention.
