I'm 17 years of age. I have been having brownish pink mucus like discharge for the past two months. I haven't had my period and i took a pregnancy test--it came out negative. I have cramps every now and then. they aren't severe or anything just a little cramp on my left side every once in a while. I'm not on birth control. nor have i ever been. i am sexually active. but i use a condom everytime.
could i have an infection of some sort or is it more serious?

It sounds like a miscarriage taking an abnormally long time. If you continue to have cramps and bleeding for two months, you need to see a doctor. You CAN see your doctor without your parents knowing. Your doctor does not need to check with your parents that you're coming in. I suggest you call him/her and make an appointment. If this is a miscarriage that's taking this long, you do want to make sure that everything's okay.
