I had a DNC on Aug. 25 and i just started having terrible cramps yesterday.. which was Oct. 14. I had some spotting of brown blood, thinking i would start my menstrual cycle soon. I woke up the next day, today, thinking I would be bleeding and i still am only spotting and the cramps are still terrible. Is this my menstrual cycle?
