I noticed there are flesh colored bumps spotted on each sides of my inner labia. I suspected they may have just been Fordyce Spots but this doesn't explain the itching or swelling up whenever I do scratch at where the bumps are. It burns sometimes, notably after I urinate or touch it. I'm not sexually active though I have had hand contact but subsequently after I found out I had this. I'm scared its an STD but there would be no explanation as to how I got it. Please answer soon, very concerned.

There is only one answer to your question, as it could be a myriad of things. Make an appoinment with your doctor before the condition worsens and gets out of hand. I suspect you are embarressed but believe me your doctor will not even raise an eyebrow.
