hi,
a few things u might want to do to lose weight on ur problem areas are:
first: have the determination that u can lose the weight and have the confidence as well! if anyone else can do it, u can also!
second: find a diet that will work the best for u, everyone has a different body so like that different types of diets might work for u if u actually stick to it :) if u can't find ant diet, then make a diet for urself and keep track of what u ate the whole day, it'll help u, then u can determine what "good" foods u ate and what "bad" foods u ate
third: u have to exercise! excerising is essential. In order to get that small waist or firm thighs and butt, choose specific exercises which targets these main areas.
finally:when u do reach ur goal weight, keep it off! don't just start eating all the bad foods again, otherwise, trust me, u will be even bigger than before!
