Burning-like stomach pain, head rushes, dizziness, can't fall asleep, nausea, cramps what's wrong with me?? This has been going on for about three months, I'm not sure what's wrong but something just not right. I'm always uncomfortable and in pain feeling nauseous 24/7, takes me hours to fall asleep if I do at all, my stomach feels either like it's burning from the inside out, or like I'm being stabbed repeatedly, head rushes often and dizziness. Went to the doctors because I suspected appendicitis but they prescribed me medicine for heartburn which did absolutely nothing, nothing in my urine test either... HELP!!
