You could have a urinary tract infection OR an STD.
See your doctor. No sex until you have been cleared.
I doubt it is semen coming out non-stop. More likely it is discharge from an infection. If it appears as semen it could indicate pus.

Sorry for not informing you about the progress. I went to see the Dr and prescribed me zetra tablets if im not mistaken, it's two small tablets and im feeling much better now but I've one problem since that happen im constipated every now and the. What couses that?

I'm not familiar with that med. If it is an antibiotic they can cause constipation.
