You have nothing to woory about, it normal for some men to bled when losint their virginity. And also it bleeds because of one of two reasons; the foreskin is too tight or the vien underneath connect the foreskin to the head of the penis is too short. It should heal in a couple of days, a month the most.

If he has no diseases it is. It's most likely a torn frenulum. I tore mine the first 3 or 4 times my wife and I had sex. One nice outcome was that now I have no frenulum at all and my foreskin goes all the way back easily with no pain.
